Venue Minimum Rental - 2 Hours

Our Pricing Starts are $60 for the initial TWO Hours with each additional Hour only $20 each! That includes the use of the entire venue! Tables, Chairs, Bridal Suites, Banquet Rooms, and Commercial Kitchen! Everything! We don't play that "nickel and dime" game where prices keep going up! Everything is in Black and White. The only thing extra is use of the Gas stove which is $25, or if you need any rental items (Linens, Centerpieces, Serveware, Arbor, etc)

Hate the idea of buying or renting décor for your upcoming event? We have you covered! Our old Bank Vault is FULL of linens, centerpieces, serve ware, signs even an arbor! They can all be rented separate or the entire vault can be rented at the flat rate of $200

The Coleman Classic

Attendees: 50 minimum

4 Hour Venue Rental, Complete table set ups (linens and centerpieces) for up to 50 people and choice of ONE rental item (Serveware or drink dispenser). The current special also offers an additional $10 off with sharing the ad on Facebook and tagging yourself at the Vault. Additional Hours may be added at the cost of $20 each. Although we are letting brides take advantage of this offer, most brides usually book our 24 or 48 Hour rentals. WAYYYYY LESS STRESSFUL! The Cost of those are $400/$775 and are exactly as they sound. Our clients enjoy venue time for 24/48 HOURS. Most wedding parties choose to rehearse on Fridays followed by decorating, then come in early the following morning and actually RELAX, taking their time to get ready. If you do not have vendors willing to come to you, we have them! Just ask :)

The 24 Hour Rental

Our Prices start at $60 for the initial TWO Hours with each additional Hour only $20. HOWEVER, the more hours you need, the cheaper it gets. Our 24 Hour Rental gives you an Entire Day to decorate or prepare for your event...and like most, you can still add extra Hours at $20 each if needed, or always upgrade to the 48 Hours.

The 48 Hour Rental - Our Most Popular Package

Our Most Popular Package! The 48 Hour Rental is EXACTLY that! You get 48 HOURS to prepare for your event! Our Couples LOVE this package to come in as early as they want the day BEFORE the BIG Day and decorate! Most even hold Rehearsal Dinner from our Commercial Kitchen followed by a decorating finale with their wedding parties so they can actually sleep in on the Big Day, then come to the Vault and have all their wedding Vendors COME TO THEM! If you don't have Vendors- NO PROBLEM we do! Just message us on our FB page, and we can send you links to anything you need whether it be a caterer, photographer or even a hair/makeup artist! We are very picky about who we recommend! Our vendors have to have good references (Typically our past Clients). A bonus is we search for the best vendors in the business, that TRULY LOVE their job, but don't necessarily charge an arm and a leg for their services. We know how stressful planning can be and will always try to help you as much as we can :) Don't Stress. Enjoy your Day and make memories!
