Over the years, we have noticed many of our clients ask the same questions so thought we would add them here in case it helps.
1.How many people will the venue hold?
Although our fire code is 200, we recommend keeping your guest count under 150. The main facility is split into two rooms with the larger holding up to 120 guest by itself- HOWEVER, 120 is very uncomfortable in the larger room. we recommend trying to keep your TOTAL under 150 but under 100 in the larger room to the north. Over the years we have seen MANY different ceremony set up options - One of the most popular is having the actual ceremony in the smaller entry room (with the Bank vault) - Couples LOVE this option as the bride can exit from the bridal suite, walk down the sidewalk and make a grand entrance in the double doors. Though there are MANY different ceremony options, for this particular scenario, weddings are 75 or below. Although we have many pictures we do encourage our clients to schedule a tour or at the least watch our video tour on our facebook page (Venue Tour) as pictures do not do it justice.
